These terms govern your use of independentagency.in and any services provided by Independent Agency. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Independent Agency provides digital and performance marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website development, branding and marketing automation, as agreed in a separate scope of work or proposal for each client.
Fees, ad spend handling, and billing cycles are defined per client agreement. Ad spend is billed separately from our service fee unless stated otherwise in your proposal.
While we work to maximise performance, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, platform policies, competition). We do not guarantee specific revenue or ranking outcomes.
Creative assets and code delivered under a completed, paid engagement transfer to the client as specified in the relevant agreement; our internal tools, templates and methodologies remain our property.
Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period defined in the applicable service agreement.
